I am an award-winning interior architect, art director, concept designer, speaker, consultant, owner and founder of AIYA Bureau.
With over 10 years of expertise in interior design, I have successfully led and managed my own bureau, combining my strengths as a concept designer and project leader. Now based in London, I remotely run a strong team in Moscow while leading multiple projects across Europe and the UK, and expanding into the Middle East.
As a visionary, I bring the mood, energy, and creative direction to every project. Beyond design, I am also an art historian, deeply engaged in the cultural and conceptual aspects of my work.
My completed projects have numerous international media publications and awards in the field of architecture and design. I'm a fully accredited member of SBID society (UK). I'm featured in Andrew Martin Interior Design Review Book №27 (2023, UK). In 2020 I was featured in Top 50 AD Best in Russia and Elle Decor Top 200 in Russia.
I am open to new projects and collaborations in the field of high-end interior design, procurement, art, hospitality, and luxury real estate.

For the past 10 years of practice, I conducted numerous lectures and master classes on interior architecture, design, project and team management, and business development in the interior design field for different schools, online platforms and conferences.
In 2020 I launched my educational project about entrepreneurship and business management in the field of interior design and an online course “AIYA Design Experience" – how to build up a successful studio. Over four years, we conducted more than 40 webinars and engaged over 8,000 students.

This is Aiya Lisova’s personal apartment, notable for its historical architectural elements like herringbone parquet, moldings, wooden windows, and double doors. These features were carefully restored and integrated into a modern, art-filled, and comfortable space with a calm, neutral color palette.

The “Forms of Silence” exhibition, part of the AIYA Collectible project, showcases Cape Town sculptor Driaan Claassen’s diverse techniques and materials. Claassen’s work explores non-linear processes, translating intangible concepts like thoughts, memories, and emotions into physical form. The forms and textures of his sculptures encourage meditative reflection. Driaan's works exemplify how modern, high-tech art can connect us to nature, our essence, and the roots of creation.

The design studio’s office is a place where work is enjoyable, and the space itself inspires the team. It is filled with art, paintings, graphics, sculptures, and vintage furniture from Aiya Lisova’s private collection. Every detail matters here. The extensive use of white finishes is ideal for a design studio, making it perfect for working with samples.
