An apartment is located in an early 20-century building. AIYA’s team made it a priority to recreate and seamlessly integrate the original architectural features into a modern, comfortable space. One of the historical elements here is a sophisticated tiled stove, a unique and rare feature in residential apartments. Another highlight of the apartment is a bar in the manner of vintage bars in Milan adding a touch of European elegance and charm.

An airy apartment in an early 20-century building was designed in a modern style with a soothing color palette. The restrained and even minimalistic interior still provides relaxation and calmness.
