An apartment is located in an early 20-century building. AIYA’s team made it a priority to recreate and seamlessly integrate the original architectural features into a modern, comfortable space. One of the historical elements here is a sophisticated tiled stove, a unique and rare feature in residential apartments. Another highlight of the apartment is a bar in the manner of vintage bars in Milan adding a touch of European elegance and charm.

A spacious two-story house was built to accommodate a family of five. It was important to create an intimate and cozy atmosphere for the whole family to rest, as well as to design private spaces for each family member. The interior of the house is closely tied to its exterior and natural surroundings in terms of color palette and finishes. A standout feature of the project is the in-house spa area and gym, enhancing the family’s lifestyle.

Stylish penthouse full of art and designer furniture was designed for demonstration and future sales. The core of the project is dark monochrome finishes that are great for furniture in neutral colors and with sophisticated shapes. The design process was challenging due to the angular panoramic windows offering stunning views of the city center.

A cosy and comfortable townhouse is designed in a modern style. A palette of natural neutrals was chosen to make the interior calm and nourishing. This classic base is complemented by exquisite Italian furniture and pieces of art and decor.
